I have an affiliate account with market health. But till the day I didn't get any leads though they are offering 30$ with leads. All their offers are credit card signups. Do anybody knows anything about the site? Are they really a paying website? I think they just use their affiliates to advertise their websites. What do you think?

Looking at their review at http://www.affiliatetips.com/market-health.html, they conversion rate seems high. They also have high commision rates. 50% per sale. I guess all depends if you use their affiliate ads in the most efficient way.
