How much hourly rate/yearly salary should I charge for interspire web publisher cms and any other web related jobs (in sydney) require no programming other than html and image editing etc etc

It depends on your

- experience level
- project complexity
- and your self esteem.
I don't do any freelancing work for less than $50 an hour.

it depends on the project type. I specialize in few areas. Web design, multiple programming languages, various CMS platforms from open source to microsoft, therefore it's hard to say.

I haven't worked with Interspire, so I don't really know what's involved.

I think this type of jobs pay around $100k in sydney

I guess there's no need for programming needed for my job
So I presume taking 20.000 out makes around 80.000 in my case

You should be easily able to get that... Of course only if you know what you are doing.

If you can't get 80k, I watched some doco on TV about some beggars on the streets of Melbourne clearing 60k a year tax free...
