Is there any talk or chance for paypal credit card being available to Australian residents?

Paypal is american. I think they only offer this credit card in US

How safe is it to use PayPal with a bank account? I don't have a credit card but need to order online before I get one. I am signing up for paypal with my bank account. I assume paypal is more than trustworthy and this is entirely safe; however, I'd like to know if anyone says it's a bad idea (and I should just wait until I can get a credit card from my bank -- they are very slow with this process).

I am not sure what you mean by PayPal and Bank account. The bank account, you need to withdraw or deposit money from or to Paypal account.

The paypal credit card is connected directly to Paypal account.
