PR is over-rated yet we can't deny its importance & sense of indication at all.So I keep considering it & try to improve it also frequently.

Indeed, as search engine is best and authentic source of traffic to my site. So definitely , I used to take several steps for higher page rank.

Google PR is very important for any website,it tells you how much work is remained for doing it and it also good for link builders as tell you quality of links.
