A no-follow link influencing a website's or page's PageRank is absolutely not yet proven. However, no-follow links still bring traffic to your website/page because real people can follow them. And this is what everybody aim to, isn't it

Do Follow Backlinks are being treated good but i noticed that many no follow links are catched by good. I have preference given to DO FOLLOW for my Websites

Nofollow means Google will not follow the link to other page and not including link while calculating pagerank for your webpage. Whereas Dofollow means following link to other page and it is helful in calculating pagerank for your webpage

Actually no follow links are Google not scrolled but from that you will get good visitors. Do follow link have very important to build a backlinks & visitor too. Google scrolled the do follow links. do follow links are more effective than no follow.

Nofollow links are not so useful in link building but it would give you a little benefit as well. On the other hand, it also makes back links natural so there is some benefits of nofollow links as well on the other hand you can get targeted visitors to your website as well.
