Need help... Google SERP falling factors

I have a website http://www.onlinewebdirectory.com/ My website keywords rank position on Google is abruptly falling down.

My website primary keywords are as follows:
1. Web Design Company
2. Graphic Design Companies
3. Hire Website Designer

For "web design company" keyword --- google.com ranking falling 51 to 480
For "graphic design companies" keyword --- google.com ranking is 35 but currently it's not within 500
For "hire website" keyword --- google.com ranking is 21 but currently it's not within 500

I lost most of the visitors coming from google.com

I can't understand why my site is falling and what's the possible reasons.

Please help me.

I have not experience any position shifts with my websites. How long since yours were dropped?

The main thing is that there would be some major changes in back links thats why you have problem in SERP.

Try to take some .edu and .gov backlinks it would help you a lot.

This is a very common problem that website owner or a webmaster has to deal.
There is nothing to be worried. Promote the website with some new contents. In this case article syndication is a very good option. Try to publish articles about your website on sites like ezine, buzzle. Google like contents and these sites are reliable. I hope this method will do a good job for your website.

Actually, lots of webmasters nowadays are having the same problem. It seems that the SERP of their site is not constant. Like my friend, yesterday his number 2 in his keyword, the next day he was gone in the top ten. I think google dance greatly affects this plus the addition of google instant.
