Although the first time I got my hands on Dreamweaver was around 15 years ago, I have been using Dreamweaver more actively for the past 5 years, it is not really that hard to pick up. If you are new to Dreamweaver I suggest taking a class with Dreamweaver Interactive, they have loads of videos you can watch which will get you up and running in no time.

Nah, DreamWeaver actually produces codes that are not SEO friendly and not so clean. There are a lot of extraneous codes that do nothing but make your code look messed up.

I wouldn't agree with Dreamweaver writing code that's not friendly, that's down to the user. Yes there are pre-set code snippets, that may not be the best, but you can also use Dreamweaver just as a pad for coding your sire or making adjustments, where the only code added is by your hands.
