There are some popular keyword research tools like Google Adwords, Keyword Discovery, Wordtracker, SERPAnalytics and lot more.

SERPAnalytics works good for me, i have been suing it from last 6 months, the main thing is its "position tracking" feature is really awesome..

Have you tried market Samurai, find it gives very different results to word tracker, but is good for looking at and monetising keywords for your blog or site.

I've always used google keyword tool. Can I use Market Samurai for free trial?

The other seo tools such as SEOBook and WebCEO for finding the right keywords from low - medium - high competitors and volume of searches. I tried Market Samurai too.
