Bing is microsoft's new organic search engine. I also believe it is the replacement for MSN Live which was an Epic fail. Bing is actually gaining some heavy ground on Google as of lately.

MSN is based on old technologies where as Bing is the new microsoft search engine organic, Bing is the replacement of MSN with some major advantageous in it.

I agree with Zenngomes. MSN Live has changed its name to Bing.Bing is an organic search engine of Microsoft.Now Bing follows the Algorithms of Yahoo for assigning rankings to the websites
