i think you should change the background color... maybe to a lighter grey or white.. also the links on the right hand side are hard to read as there isn't much contrast between them and the background color....

other then that its not bad!

If you want to change your background color of your web site , Black is nice and attractive option.
Otherwise it's good

There's a pop-up ad when opening the website, surely not a good idea because people may think you're apt for promotion. Design wise, you have a very nice design. Just need to add more contents.
