Hardwork, a key to success

Success literature going back hundreds of years espouses the benefits of hard work. But why is it that some people seem to feel that “hard work” is a dirty word nowadays?
I define “hard work” as work that is challenging. Both hard work and “working hard” (i.e. putting in the time required to get the job done) are required for success.

Nope, it's not always hardwork, you should be working smart and a little hard, that's the key to success.

I got my site to Google spot#3 and it didn't require any hard work at all...I just had to outsource it

It is universally accepted fact that hard work is key to success and there is no short cut to success.
