You can try submiteaze or submitsuite, be aware that some directories in the programmes themselves maybe on the same class c ip addresses. Manual submission is the best way, although time consuming unless you use a FF plugin to assist fill in the form.

Always check directories for quality, submitting to everything will only waste your time, even with semi auto software.

I suggest you to submit through manual than using software. By doing manual submission, we can search the site with good page rank and submit under relevant category.

Automated directory submissions tell the the admins that its coming from bots/spam or so. I prefer semi automated directory submissions. This will look like 100% manual submission at the same time it reduces time and effort.

I also never used web directory submission software.
