hello guys,

I don't know whether its a stupid question. But still, do you know any good uptime free hosting providers? Let me know if you have any reference. I am badly looking for a free hosting provider (if its there) to host my blog. I will be making a few posts that's it. There will not be much uploads.

I am pretty sure that for free, you will not get any server side processing or even databases. How will you be able to run blogs?

They are free and allow up to two databases on their free account (you need a database to run wordpress, joomla etc).

They are not in Australia, but to best of my knowledge there are no free hosting companies who host in Australia.

Yes, there are some hosting providers that offers free web hosting services in exchange with your cooperation in forum posting. I forgot the name I've used before but you can google it.
